Swedish Best Ball Scramble

We only have restrictions on the par 5s (first three shots must be by different players) and par 4s (first two shots by different players); otherwise it is Best Ball all the way to the hole. Add in some ice-cold Aquavit at the turns plus some mulligans and maybe a throw, and you have a Swedish Scramble. (Dan is a Swede, or half anyway.)
