Well, it finally looks like we will be getting some snow. I want to thank Dick and Claudette Lawlor for chairing a very successful ski sale. The event added over $3,000 to our treasury for which we are very grateful. The event was held at Big Trees parking lot for the second year in a row. The sale provides great equipment at very good prices, so I feel we are doing a service to the community as well as our club. And thanks to Debi Lamb and Barbara Brown and their crew for another great New Members Potluck.
Our next event is the Dinner Dance, Sunday January 20. I look forward to seeing you all there. Debi Lamb has planned a great event, and I know it will be a fun time for all.
We have donated money to the initial fund raising event for the Ebbetts Pass Youth Snow Sports Program. Our club benefits from the recognition and the kids benefit from the program. It is
